Q: How do I create a YouTube account?
A: Please refer to How to enter.


Q: How can I upload my video?
A: First of all, you should upload your video with your YouTube account. Click ‘My Video’ in the top left. Move your mouse on “Create new video”, then click “upload video”. Select the video which you want to upload in the page and type in your details, as well.
A: Once your video is uploaded go to World Lunia Video Contest Group.

Q: Register on YouTube? How to upload a video? I just don't get it!
A: Go to How To Enter and if you still do not understand, you can refer to YouTube help page too.


Q: How do i name my video?
A: [Lunia Contest] nameOfVideo - USA/Server/nameOfYourCharacter
A: E.g. [Lunia Contest] Dacy's rocking magics - USA/Soldin/Grownupdacy


Q: I can't upload a video. What do I do?
A: You might have the wrong video format. Go to Recommanded Video Format and check if your video is similar formate.
A: Indeed, this is a "Recommanded" format. You can use other format if you want for some reason.

Q: What is a recommanded resolution?
A: Aspect ratio 4:3 or 16:9 is recommended and keep your original video resolution as high as possible. (Uncompressed AVI file is recommanded.)


Q: I love Lunia but I'm not interested in making a video only with game play. Can I use my drawings or use real life footages?
A: Of course. Allm thinks very highly of your creativity. You can use any type of media as long as it's about Lunia.


Q: What is the topic of this contest?
A: It's free topic. You can make your own topic or make a video of Lunia that you want to show others. If you are stuck with a topic, please refer to Contest Prize.


Q: I've got so many ideas. Can I make more than 1 video?
A: Yes, you can. Each video will be judged seperately even though it was produced by the same person.


Q: How do I rate a video?
A: Under a video play screen, there is something called "Rate" with stars next to it. There are 5 stars and you can only rate a video once.
A: This will be used to judge Users Choice Prize.


Q: When is the end of Contest?
A: Each country has different time zone. Therefore refer to Contest Period.


Q: I won the contest! When and how can I receive my prize? And how do I send allm my video?
A: Regarding on receiving winning prize, you will be contacted by “LuniaAdmin” through YouTube message. (DO NOT respond to any other account with similar name. Allm ONLY has “LuniaAdmin” as the company account.)
